1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free on orders over Rs. 100. Rs. 8.95 for orders under Rs. 100.
Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Rs. 19.95
Overnight Shipping: Rs. 34.95 (order by 12 PM EST)
3. International Shipping
We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@flambeau.com.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund.
